I am Caroline Wilson founder, motivator and alternative Health & Wellness creator of Healthzone Wellness. I grew up in Panama, Central America, in an environment that utilized food for nourishment and fostered a healthy lifestyle through natural means. I was introduced to the world of essential oils, herbal remedies, and reflexology.  

I must have inherited a natural alternative mindset because I have always maintained that true healing comes from naturopathic sources and that herbal remedies are the cure for holistic health and wellness. I have held on to this knowledge throughout my life, and it is still alive in my heart today. Although I have maintained overall health, I too have been bombarded with the environment and with foods that have chemicals, hormones, fertilizers, and pesticides.  

I too have suffered from silent inflammation, imbalanced hormones, high blood pressure, weight gain, fibroids, and side effects from prescribed medication. What that means is that we are bound to feel side effects. As a result we must constantly fight to restore our bodies to health and wellness the holistic way. I have a hunger for getting humanity back to health the natural way.  

I am a woman that cares about my community, gut health, natural food resources, healthy recipes, herbal remedies, and essential oils that will benefit our mind, body and spirit. I am elated to share products and services that have helped me in my journey to restored overall health.
