Our methods are based on natural sources to optimize the body, soul, and spirit of each individual as God originally intended.  

A healthy gut means mind, body, and spirit harmony. Here at Healthzone Wellness we care about protecting the good gut bacteria that controls our organs. We are sharing solutions because any imbalance can cause serious damage if left unchecked. We are concerned about a rush to over-medicate while experiencing the side-effects mentality that we have in this society, instead of selecting a holistic self-care program as the primary healthcare choice. We are concerned about our future and the composition of our food supply that has changed over the years. That is why it is important to follow a program that focuses on food and natural remedies that will nourish our body. Going the natural route can be a great way to optimize our body without medication. Our aim is to try natural remedies and heal from within, at least at first. 

Healthzone Wellness was founded to provide: 

- One-on-one Coaching:  Focus on body, mind and spirit to create a new life path.

- One-on-one counseling:  Forward thinking resolution to problems focusing on 

  healing the body, mind, and spirit as the primary objective. 

- Dietary Gut Healing Techniques:  Utilize food as a healthy alternative providing 

  dietary advice based on issues identified on the Healthzone Wellness 

  pre-screening INTAKE form.

- Motivation and enlightenment: Here at Healthzone Wellness we believe in empowering all aspects of our life. In order to feel complete and healthy we should be in harmony with our body, mind, and our spirit. We consider all aspects. Our well being depends on having a healthy gut with good nourishing foods, a healthy mindset, and an uplifted spirit. We need all part of our life to work together for the purpose of healing and staying motivated.
